The movie revolves around four friends - Chandu (Shahid Kapoor), Ballu (Saif Ali Khan), Taj (Jaaved Ali), and Moti (Ali Fazal) - who start a small-time business of stealing and selling mobile phones. As their business grows, they become notorious and earn the name "Badmaash Company." However, things take a turn when they plan to steal a large shipment of diamonds, which leads to a series of hilarious events.
