Let me also check if there's any confusion in the user's mind between different WHM versions. For example, WHM versions have a history of updates, and maybe they're looking for an older version that's no longer supported. Clarify that even if a version is older, using it without a license is still illegal. Encourage them to check if they have a license through a host and use it within the terms of service.
