PPSSPP is a popular emulator for playing PlayStation Portable (PSP) games on Android devices. While PPSSPP can run some PSP games smoothly, it is not compatible with PlayStation 4 games like Mortal Kombat 11. Mortal Kombat 11 is not available for PSP, and therefore, it cannot be played on PPSSPP.
