The fifth and final season of Prison Break, also known as Prison Break: The Final Break, consists of nine episodes and picks up where the fourth season left off. The story takes place several years after the events of the previous season and follows Michael Scofield, who is presumed dead, as he re-emerges to help his brother Lincoln and the rest of the team escape from a prison in Yemen.
