The movie follows the story of Gautham Vasudevan (played by Kamal Haasan), a young man who is diagnosed with dissociative identity disorder. As he tries to recall his past, he meets two people who claim to be his friends, Muthuswamy (played by Naresh) and Deepa (played by Maheswari). As Gautham tries to piece together his memories, he uncovers a dark and twisted reality that threatens to destroy his life.
